What this site is

Information about Sidekick Innovation's facilitation services, plus two free guides and ways to get in touch. The site is marketing material, not a contract to deliver services. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed between us.

The free guides

The downloadable PDFs (CREATE.VISION, Make Every Meeting Matter) are provided as-is for your personal and professional use. You can share them with your team. Don't resell them, strip our branding, or pass them off as your own work. The content is based on our experience — results will vary with how you apply it.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Attempt to break, scrape, or overload the site.
• Submit forms with false information or on someone else's behalf without their permission.
• Use the site to send spam, phishing attempts, or anything illegal.
• Reverse-engineer the WebMCP endpoint for anything other than its intended purpose (letting AI agents interact with the site on behalf of a real person).

No warranty

The site, the guides, and the information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep things accurate and online, but we don't guarantee the site is error-free, available at all times, or that any specific result will follow from reading a guide or applying the methods.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sidekick Innovation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the guides. Our total liability for anything related to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you've paid us for use of the site (which, for this free site, is zero).

The content section links to our videos on YouTube and may link to other third-party resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when. Material changes get a notice on the homepage.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Winter Park County, Florida.
