How we handle your info.

This is the privacy policy for Sidekick Innovation, operated by Jack Elkins from Seminole County, Florida. The plain-English version: we collect only what you give us through the forms on this site, we use it only to respond to you and send what you asked for, and we don't sell it, trade it, or share it with anyone outside the two services we need to run the site.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect:

• Contact form: your name, email, and the message you wrote.
• Download form: your email and which guide you requested.
• Automatic: your IP address (used only for spam prevention — not stored long-term), and the timestamp of your submission.

We don't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party trackers of any kind on this site. We don't fingerprint your browser.

Where it goes

Your submission reaches two places:

• A private Google Sheet that only Jack can access, where the row is stored for follow-up.
• Resend (our email provider), which delivers the confirmation or guide email to your inbox. Resend holds a short-term log of the send.

That's it. No CRM, no mailing list service, no ad platforms, no AI training. If we ever add one (for example, a newsletter list), we'll update this page and tell you before enrolling you.

How we use it

• To reply to a message you sent.
• To deliver a guide you asked for.
• To follow up with you about the project you mentioned, if you asked us to.

We don't send marketing emails. If that ever changes, every message would include a one-click unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Lead rows stay in the Google Sheet indefinitely so we can look back at past conversations. Email logs at Resend are kept per their standard retention (typically a few weeks). If you want your data deleted, email hello@sidekickinnovation.com and we'll remove the row within 7 days and confirm back.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Ask what we have on file about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of any future contact.

Email hello@sidekickinnovation.com for any of these. California, EU, and other jurisdictions grant specific statutory rights — those apply here too, and the same email handles them.

Children

This site is intended for business leaders. We don't knowingly collect info from anyone under 13.

Security

Submissions travel over HTTPS. The Google Sheet is protected by Jack's Google Workspace account with two-factor authentication. The site itself runs on Vercel, which handles infrastructure security.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a notice on the homepage.
